From request to event
- Booking Request — Send your date, preferred time, full party address, ZIP code, guest count and food details.
- Availability Review — We respond within 1–2 business days.
- Confirmation — Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation. Provide the final guest count and protein selections at least 3 days before the event.
- Event — The chef usually arrives 5–15 minutes before the scheduled event time. The experience typically lasts around 1.5 hours including setup.

The $490 food minimum applies to all parties. Adults are $49 per person for Pick Any 2; children under 12 are $30 for Pick 1. Prices exclude sales tax, gratuity and applicable travel fees.

Your proteins, fresh salad, mixed vegetables, fried rice and homemade Teriyaki Sauce and Yum Yum Sauce come with live hibachi cooking, a fire show and performance, and all hibachi cooking equipment.
What should the host set out?
Please provide tables, chairs, plates and utensils. Outdoor cooking is preferred. For cold or rainy weather, the host must provide a suitable covered cooking area; discuss the proposed setup with our team.
