What does the host need to provide?

What is included?

Is there a food minimum?
Yes. There is a $490 food minimum for all parties.
Do you travel?
Yes. A travel fee may apply to locations more than 30 miles away.
How long does confirmation take?
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation.
When will the chef arrive?
The chef usually arrives 5–15 minutes before the scheduled event time to prepare the cooking area.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We normally cook outdoors. If it’s cold or raining, the host is responsible for providing a suitable covered area where the chef can cook and stay protected from the weather.
