If your group is renting a property, agree on the cooking setup with the owner before sending the request. From request to event
- Booking Request — Send your date, preferred time, full party address, ZIP code, guest count and food details.
- Availability Review — We respond within 1–2 business days.
- Confirmation — Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation. Provide the final guest count and protein selections at least 3 days before the event.
- Event — The chef usually arrives 5–15 minutes before the scheduled event time. The experience typically lasts around 1.5 hours including setup.
