For a family trip or a group staying in separate island accommodations, choose one suitable host property where everyone can gather for a private hibachi dinner. An island-wide stay gives you several possible meeting places; your booking request should identify the one dinner location.
If that location is a managed rental or resort property, ask the owner or manager who can authorize outside cooking and where the chef can unload and set up. A reservation with us does not reserve a resort dining space. Share the property address, access instructions and approved gathering area so we can review the request for your chosen date.

Our chefs prepare your meal where your group gathers. We bring the hibachi cooking equipment, selected proteins, fresh salad, mixed vegetables, fried rice and homemade Teriyaki Sauce and Yum Yum Sauce, with a live hibachi fire show and performance.

Birthdays, family gatherings, private parties, celebrations and corporate events can all be considered. The host supplies tables, chairs, plates and utensils. Include the type of occasion and your proposed cooking space when requesting availability.
