Tell us about your event
Submit your event date, preferred time, party address including ZIP code, and guest count.
If you already know your menu selections or have special requests, you can include those details as well.
02 — We Review Availability
We review your request
We’ll review availability, event location, guest count and the details of your request.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with availability and the next steps to confirm your reservation.
03 — Confirm Your Reservation
Confirm the details
A booking request does not reserve your date by itself. Your reservation is confirmed after availability and the required booking details are confirmed.
Before your event, we’ll confirm the final guest count, protein selections and any important event details.
Please provide final headcount and protein selections at least 3 days before the event.
04 — Enjoy Your Hibachi Experience
We bring hibachi to your party
Our chef arrives with the hibachi cooking equipment, sets up and prepares your meal on-site with live cooking and an interactive hibachi experience.
The chef usually arrives 5–15 minutes before the scheduled event time to set up.
Booking requests are reviewed before confirmation.
Submitting the online form does not automatically reserve your date and time. We’ll review availability and respond within 1–2 business days.

Prepare your space
Give the chef room to cook.
Outdoor setup is preferred. A garage or other suitable covered area can also work when needed.
Please make sure the cooking area is accessible and ready before the chef arrives.

Have a covered backup plan.
We normally cook outdoors. If it’s cold or raining, the host is responsible for providing a suitable covered area where the chef can cook and stay protected from the weather.

The full experience is typically around 1.5 hours, including setup and the hibachi experience.
