These Booking Terms explain the booking process and event arrangements for Mobile Hibachi Hub. Please review them when planning your event.
Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting the online form is a booking request and does not automatically confirm or reserve the requested date and time.
Booking requests are normally reviewed within 1–2 business days. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation.
Guest count and protein selections
Please provide the final guest count and protein selections at least 3 days before the event. If you have not decided on protein selections, you can submit a booking request first and enter “Collecting Orders” in the food order field.
Pricing and food minimum
- Adults — $49/person — Pick Any 2
- Kids Under 12 — $30/person — Pick 1
- $490 food minimum for all parties
Premium protein upgrades are listed on our Menu & Pricing page.
Prices do not include sales tax or gratuity. A travel fee may apply to locations more than 30 miles away.
Payment
The final payment is made directly to the chef on the day of the event.
- Cash is the preferred payment method.
- Zelle is accepted.
- Venmo is accepted; a 3.75% processing fee applies to Venmo payments.
One final bill
We do not split the final bill between individual guests. The host is responsible for collecting individual guest payments if needed, and the total event balance is paid to the chef on the day of the event.
Weather and cooking setup
We normally cook outdoors. If it’s cold or raining, the host is responsible for providing a suitable covered area where the chef can cook and stay protected from the weather.
If guests prefer to dine indoors or in the garage, another option is to set up the grill outside near an accessible doorway.
Our hibachi grill is approximately 36 inches wide and does not require electricity. Please make sure there is enough space for the chef and grill to set up and operate comfortably.
Host responsibilities
The host normally provides tables, chairs, plates and utensils for the party. We bring the hibachi cooking equipment needed for the experience.
A U-shaped setup or long-table setup can work well; choose a layout suited to your space and group.
Arrival and experience length
The chef usually arrives 5–15 minutes before the scheduled event time to set up.
The full experience is typically around 1.5 hours, including setup and the hibachi experience.
Changes
Please provide changes to the final guest count and protein selections at least 3 days before the event. Contact us with questions about your plans.
