For an outdoor party, allow room in front of the seating for the chef and grill. A U-shaped or long-table arrangement can help everyone see the cooking and show.

02 Availability review
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Submitting the form does not automatically reserve your date and time.
03 Confirm the details
Follow the next steps to confirm your reservation. Provide the final guest count and protein selections at least 3 days before your event.
04 Enjoy the experience
The chef usually arrives 5–15 minutes before the scheduled event time. The full experience is typically around 1.5 hours, including setup.
