Hibachi at Home in Alabama
A private hibachi chef at your gathering. You don’t need a restaurant reservation to get everyone together for hibachi. Plan a meal at home or at a suitable private event space, choose your entrées and let our chefs cook on-site while your guests enjoy the show.
The host normally supplies tables, chairs, plates and utensils. Before the event, plan a clear outdoor cooking space and tell us about access or setup details that may affect the chef’s arrival.
How It Works
01 Request your event
Submit your date, preferred time, full address and ZIP code, guest count, contact details, food order and allergies. Enter “Collecting Orders” if selections are not ready.
02 Availability review
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Submitting the form does not automatically reserve your date and time.
03 Confirm the details
Follow the next steps to confirm your reservation. Provide the final guest count and protein selections at least 3 days before your event.
04 Enjoy the experience
The chef usually arrives 5–15 minutes before the scheduled event time. The full experience is typically around 1.5 hours, including setup.

Do you review bookings in both northern and coastal Alabama?
Yes. Include the party address and ZIP code with your request. We review the location and schedule before confirming availability, whether the event is near Huntsville, Birmingham, Montgomery or Mobile.
What should I provide for the chef?
The host normally provides tables, chairs, plates and utensils. We bring the hibachi cooking equipment. Leave enough space for the chef and the approximately 36-inch-wide grill; electricity is not required.
Can guests pay separately?
We do not split the final bill between individual guests. The host collects individual payments if needed, and the total event balance is paid to the chef on the day of the event.
